Alexis “Lexi” Pollock, LMSW

Lexi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. Lexi is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and individuals with special needs.
Lexi is deeply committed to supporting these populations and is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and affirming environment for all clients. She places great value on building strong therapeutic relationships, recognizing that trust and connection are essential components of effective treatment. Lexi understands that navigating mental health challenges, particularly at a young age, can be difficult, and she strives to provide personalized, compassionate care that empowers clients to grow and reach their goals.
Her clinical approach incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based interventions, mindfulness practices, and play therapy. Lexi is dedicated to ongoing professional development and continues to expand her therapeutic skill set to best meet the evolving needs of her clients.
