Autumn Stockwell
Client Care and Outreach Coordinator
Autumn has lived both domestically and internationally, with much of her formative years and college experience spent in Alabama. She earned her degree in Psychology and International Relations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her studies, Autumn worked on an ethnographic documentary exploring mental healthcare resources in the community, where she developed a deep appreciation for accessibility and inclusivity in mental health support.
As a former gymnast and runner, Autumn later found a strong connection to hot yoga, which inspired her to pursue her 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. She has maintained a consistent personal practice since 2013 and has taught in a variety of settings across Birmingham, Japan, Egypt, New Orleans, and most recently, Kent Island.
Autumn brings a thoughtful, global perspective and a genuine passion for helping others to her work. She is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming environment and is deeply committed to being in service of those she works with.
