Jacqueline Bielski, LGPC
Therapist
I take a unique, holistic, and collaborative approach to therapy, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate evidence-based expressive arts, play, nature, and other creative modalities with clients of all ages. My goal is to help kids, adolescents, teens, and their families explore what could be hindering growth, to build resilience, and discover strategies to help them overcome life’s challenges. I am committed to helping people learn to live life by their values instead of feeling like their emotions and thoughts control or overwhelm their lives.
My experience includes working with kids, adolescents, and teens within Anne Arundel County Public Schools. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as relationship concerns. I value supporting LGBQT+ clients, also those struggling with chronic illnesses, while also welcoming all those seeking general mental health support.
I am so glad you are here. I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all and lean into that. I strive to foster a nonjudgmental counseling environment where clients feel safe to explore their authentic selves. Sessions are engaging and aim to combine insight with action to easily apply what we work on to real life. I welcome you to reach out today!
