Therapist
Talking to a stranger about the hardest parts of your life is, admittedly, a pretty strange concept. At the same time, there’s something valuable about sitting with someone who isn’t your parent, partner, friend, or coworker. Therapy gives you room to think out loud, notice patterns you might miss on your own, and explore what’s been weighing on you without worrying about protecting someone else’s feelings or meeting their expectations.
I work with adolescents (14+) and adults. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Existential Therapy, while staying grounded in trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming, feminist, and inclusive care. No matter what you bring into the room, I want therapy to feel like a conversation where we can be curious together.
Outside the office, I’m probably making a cup of coffee, reading fantasy novels, playing video games, or watching a horror movie. I strongly believe that the books we love, the games we play, and the stories we're drawn to can tell us as much about ourselves as anything else.
