Vaishnavi, a South Asian mental health therapist, is a licensed graduate professional counselor (LGPC) with a master of arts in forensic psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She completed her bachelor of arts in psychology from Rutgers University. She is currently working towards her clinical licensure (LCPC) and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. 

Vaishnavi’s approach is eclectic and she believes that each individual is unique. She incorporates evidence based interventions with a stress on mindfulness practices to empower each individual towards self growth. Vaishnavi helps each individual develop and strengthen a positive relationship with themselves and those around them by creating a safe, nonjudgemental environment where individuals feel safe to express their emotions.
