Victoria Rogers, LCPC, C-DBT

Founder, Owner & Therapist

Victoria attended West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV for her bachelor of science in child development and family studies. A native of Maryland, she attended Johns Hopkins University to earn her master of science in counseling with a dual discipline in clinical mental health and school counseling. Victoria is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and has completed extensive training to obtain certification in her specialties. She is a trained trauma and resilience practitioner and a certified dialectical behavior therapist (C-DBT). Victoria has experience working as a dialectical behavior therapist within a comprehensive DBT program, as well as a community-based and school-based mental health therapist throughout Maryland. She has worked with individuals challenged with a variety of symptoms, life transitions, and other obstacles. 

Victoria provides an authentic therapeutic space throughout the client’s journey, and is passionate in helping foster resilience through strengthening both acceptance and change within the client’s values and goals. As every client is unique, Victoria incorporates evidence-based interventions and techniques, while empowering the individual to strengthen the relationship with themselves. Victoria also encourages clients to engage in mindfulness exercises, yoga, journaling, and other practices to grow mind-body connection.
